Journaling Workshop – Cost: £45
WHAT …? You may be wondering … “Is a journaling workshop?”
If you’re new to journaling or have an idea of what it’s about then you’ll certainly get something from this workshop! I’ve been journaling for many years and find it’s an invaluable part of my life.
Journals are used as a way of journeying through our thoughts, recognising our feelings and getting stuff off our chests. They’re also perfect for clarifying goals, doodling and basically finding out who we REALLY are!
You can focus on personal stuff, career or business, letting your creative goddess loose or even just somewhere to let it all hang out!
This will be a fun, relaxed and soul centred day of exploring, sharing and creating.
A5 Journal and basic materials included – feel free to bring some bits to pretty it up a little 😉

Vision Boarding Workshop – Cost: £45
This workshop is a time for connecting, clarifying and focusing your energy on what or where you wish to be in your life. It could be something you either wish to achieve or your life in general; call it creative goal planning.
When you get clear on what you want and set the intention with feeling, then not only will the Universe respond but you yourself have a clearer picture on what exactly you are working towards.
It can be health or wealth, relationships, a new home or career, a calm birth, happiness or even self care – there aren’t any rules so basically whatever floats your fancy, drives your ambition or would help to focus those dreams!
We will spend time not only creating a board but getting focused on what you wish to bring into your life – what matters, how you feel about it and how you’d like it to be reflected in your life.
Lots of creative fun cutting, sticking & pasting but more importantly lots of time spent connecting with the real you and your real needs!
Boards and basic materials provided. Please feel free to bring anything else you’d like to use.

Headspace – Cost: £45
This Mindfulness course, previously a 6 weekly block – it is now back as a one day’er. Same hours, similar content but more opportunity to immerse yourself into a calmer quieter headspace without interruption. We will spend time releasing stress, relaxing the body and calming the mind.
I will gently guide you through a day of meditation, visualisation, breath work, tapping and some gentle stretching. I will teach you the principles of mindfulness and how to put it into practice in your everyday life. You will take away knowledge of tools and techniques which you can use regularly.
This is a day for ‘time out’ from the world to indulge in some gentle and peaceful self care leaving you with that feeling of being calm and relaxed.
No experience of anything is required, so do yourself a favour and come along – Your headspace will thank you for it!
Please bring an exercise mat, cushion & day blanket as much of the day will be on the floor – spares & chairs will be available.
Emotional Freedom Technique – Tap your way to stress free living! – Cost: £25
Emotional Freedom Technique is a very effective tool for managing everyday wellbeing. It focuses on the meridian / energy lines which run through the body. Like acupuncture or acupressure, it works by stimulating these lines to release energy blockages which can be caused by physical, mental or emotional stresses & trauma.
These energy lines carry our vital life force or chi / prana in the same way the veins carry blood. Releasing an energy block is likened to removing a clot. The energy lines feed parts of our body and organs with energy; when this flow is disrupted, dis-ease can occur.
Emotional states or feelings carry an electrical charge of sorts; by releasing the charge on these states we can release the intensity of the feeling associated with that memory, situation or state.
EFT can be used for emotional states, phobias, addictions, painful memories and for everyday wellbeing.
This half day workshop is an introduction to using EFT in your everyday life, to help with everyday problems. Suitable for EVERYBODY, bring nothing but yourself (or perhaps a notepad & pen). You will not be required to remove any articles of clothing unless you’re too hot
